How to Make Yema
Materials and Equipment
Measuring cups and spoons
Knife and chopping board
Colored cellophane (for wrapping)
2 big can condensed milk
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 tbsp vanilla (optional)
1 cup sugar
Procedure how to make Yema:
Put condensed milk in pan.
Put the pan on stove with low fire.
Then add egg yolk and butter (or margarine)
Add sugar and vanilla
Mix continuously until the mixture is thick.
Remove from stove and let it cool.
Wrap in cellophane and shape it like a pyramid. Or other shapes you desire.
This is now ready for packaging and selling.
